With nearly three decades of hands-on experience in customer relations, strategic planning, and equine management, Tina has built a reputation for excellence in horse training and client services. From coaching riders at all levels to managing daily ranch operations, her expertise spans animal health monitoring and troubleshooting complex challenges. She prides herself on strong communication—both verbal and written—and a deep commitment to the well-being of the animals entrusted to her. Tina has a proven track record in equine care and client satisfaction, she has worked closely with veterinarians, trainers, and local equestrian organizations to create a safe, effective, and welcoming environment for horses and riders alike.

Whether managing logistics or ensuring the highest standards of care, Tina brings dedication, knowledge, and personalized service to every interaction at Aliso Ranch Stables.

Josh Olvera

Assistant Manager

Josh brings a valuable combination of animal-care experience, management skills, and creativity to his role as Assistant Manager at Aliso Ranch Stables. Growing up involved in 4-H gave him a strong understanding of animal care and husbandry, as well as an appreciation for the responsibility and dedication required to care for animals properly.

Having previously worked in management positions, Josh understands the importance of communication, organization, and working conscientiously with both people and animals. He is dependable, observant, and committed to helping the ranch operate safely and efficiently.

Outside of work, Josh is a talented photographer and is actively involved with his church youth group, where he serves as a mentor. His creativity, leadership experience, and genuine willingness to help others make him an important part of the Aliso Ranch Stables team.
